Standard Maintenance Agreement:

Our Standard Agreement includes a spring and fall maintenance, as well as a 10% discount on parts and labor for repairs, for one calendar year.

Services Included In Maintenance:

  • Two planned maintenance checks, (Heating/Fall and Cooling/Spring)
  • Check thermostat & cycle
  • Check air filter: Clean or replace
  • Check for proper voltage
  • Check and tighten electrical connections, as needed
  • Inspect heat exchanger/ electric heat
  • Clean burners
  • Inspect flue/ flue piping
  • Check ignition
  • Check supplemental heat
  • Check controls/ interlocks
  • Inspect blower assembly
  • Check indoor coil
  • Check pulleys belts
  • Check safety controls
  • Check contactors & relays
  • Verify capacitor reading
  • Check fan motor(s)
  • Check condenser coil
  • Check lubricate motor(s)
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Flush drain lines
  • 10% off repairs

$169.00 (A savings of $55.00 off the regular rate of maintenance!)

Premier Full Service Agreement:

Our Full Service Agreement includes two planned maintenance visits and all of the services included in the Standard Maintenance Agreement. Parts and labor are included in the cost of this contract as well.

Additional Services Included in the Full Service Agreement:

  • No overtime charges (*heat only)
  • Clean drain pan line
  • Clean indoor coil
  • Clean blower assembly
  • Clean burners & burner chamber

Under this agreement we will replace or repair the following parts with equal of better parts: time delays, check valves, fan/ pressure controls, pulleys, fan motors, belts, gas/ service valves, capacitors, fan relays, limit controls, fan blades, transformers, pilots   pilot safeties, defrost controls, metering devices, sequencers, thermocouples, refrigerant (*R-410A only*), crankcase heaters, control boards, and temperature sensors.
